Listening sessions available with Purdue President-elect Chiang in January and February

Purdue President-elect Mung Chiang will continue to hold listening sessions during the spring semester to meet with faculty, staff and students on Purdue’s West Lafayette campus. Listening session dates are now available for January and February.

All faculty may sign up here for listening session dates; Chiang will host up to five faculty members in each half-hour session. Individual students and staff are invited to sign up for listening sessions. Additional listening session dates for the rest of 2023 will be announced later.

Chiang’s listening tour began in August and already has included hundreds of hours of meetings with tenure-track/tenured, clinical and research faculty members, staff members and students. In addition, Chiang has conducted college-by-college roundtables; visits to residence halls and dining courts; meetings at Purdue's regional campuses, statewide locations and Extension offices with the goal of reaching all 92 counties by end of FY23; and alumni and partners gatherings in various cities.
