External learning tracking now available to employees via SuccessFactors Learning

The SuccessFactors Learning Management System, which is used for all employee-related training, now allows external learning to be recorded. This provides employees and supervisors the ability to view all recorded training in one location, including training completed through SuccessFactors Learning as well as any hours, CPE credits or certifications completed outside the University.

Employees can record external learning by following this Quick Reference Guide. Once the external learning has been added, the employee can view their history of learning, both the courses or sessions registered for or completed within SuccessFactors and the certifications or development programs completed outside SuccessFactors. To view their learning history, employees can follow this Quick Reference Guide.

Access SuccessFactors via OneCampus and select Learning from the drop-down menu to learn more about SuccessFactors Learning and how to view available training opportunities, register for employee-related training sessions or complete online courses. Follow the Quick Reference Guides to learn more.
