Women in Engineering inviting middle school students to attend 'Engineering FYI'

Purdue’s Women in Engineering Program will offer rising seventh- through ninth-graders a free daylong engineering event called “Engineering FYI: For Your Imagination” from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. ET on July 16.

The on-campus event is geared toward female students with an interest in engineering. Student participants will discover their inner engineer through hands-on projects with Purdue engineering student mentors. They will have fun creating, exploring, problem-solving and letting their imaginations soar to new heights. Lunch will be provided to participants.
