Purdue Women's Conference 2022 offering discount to Purdue employees, students
All employees of Purdue University, the Purdue Research Foundation, the Purdue for Life Foundation and Purdue University Global — as well as all Purdue students — can now save up to $150 when they register for the Purdue Women's Conference 2022, to be held June 9 and 10 in Indianapolis.
Choose the “staff” option while signing up for the event, which can also serve as a formal professional development opportunity. The cost with the employee discount is $250.
This year’s event will place a particular focus on personal growth, mindfulness and well-being. The conference will bring together women from a diverse range of industries and career levels, united by a common desire to advance their professional and personal development within a supportive community of Purdue alumnae and friends of the university.
The conference will feature more than 25 speakers, including five keynotes, and a lineup of breakout sessions. Keynote speakers are:
- Wendy Baker (Science, ’95), vice president of operations at BlueEQ.
- Kendra Bracken-Ferguson (Liberal Arts, ’02), founder of BrainTrust Founders Studio.
- Suzanne Crouch (Liberal Arts, ’75), lieutenant governor of Indiana.
- Robin Kwok (Electrical Engineering, ’02), career coach and marketing consultant.
- Rebecca Shambaugh (School of Management, ’78), author and president of Shambaugh Leadership.
