Co-Rec Wellness Suite offering expanded evening, weekend hours for massages

Córdova Recreational Sports Center’s Wellness Suite has expanded its evening and weekend hours for massage therapy appointments with any of three licensed massage therapists.

Services offered are 60- or 90-minute massages with add-ons of hot stone therapy or aromatherapy. Individual sessions or discounted packages are offered. Massage therapy services are open to Purdue students, faculty, staff, alumni and retirees.  Any of these individuals can also sponsor someone to participate in massage therapy services.

Massage therapy enhances performance, facilitates the body’s natural healing process and promotes relaxation. Studies show that massage therapy can help with headaches, anxiety, insomnia and injuries; promote increased circulation and improved flexibility; and strengthen the immune system.
