Beginning Monday, employees can use virtual one-on-one assistance ahead of open enrollment

In preparation for benefits open enrollment 2022, virtual one-on-one assistance with a benefits team member will be available for employees Monday through Friday (Oct. 11-15). These appointments, open to employees on the West Lafayette, Fort Wayne and Northwest campuses, should be used for open enrollment questions only.

Employees can discuss topics such as:

• CDHP medical plan offerings for 2022 (consumer-driven health plan).
• Voluntary plan options.
• How prescriptions are covered.

To schedule a one-on-one appointment with a member of the benefits staff:

• Visit the scheduling webpage.
• Select "One on Ones for 2022 Open Enrollment Questions."
• Choose a date and time to meet.
• Add employee name, email and phone number.
• Add any additional information in the “Notes” box.
• Then click “Book.”

After scheduling the appointment, the employee will receive an Outlook calendar invitation with the Microsoft Teams’ meeting information.

Open enrollment will begin Oct. 26 and end at 6 p.m. ET Nov. 9.
