Parking lot restrictions scheduled for Aug. 14-22 on West Lafayette campus

A number of surface parking lots on the West Lafayette campus will be restricted for faculty, staff and students during fall semester move-in, Aug. 14-22.

The following parking lots will be unavailable for campus permit holders during that time:

• North Stadium or R Lot, located directly north of Ross-Ade Stadium.
• Southern portion of the Discovery Park Lot, located at the southwest corner of Harrison Street and South Martin Jischke Drive. The northern section of this lot will remain available for valid “A” and “B” parking permit holders.
• Two lots located between the Purdue University Airport and U.S. 231, along Airport Road.

Campus visitors will be parking temporarily in the University Street Parking Garage, McCutcheon Drive Parking Garage and the surface lot northwest of the Córdova Recreational Sports Center while move-in activities occur. Faculty and staff may notice increased traffic at and around these locations between approximately 9:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. during the dates noted above.

Motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists are encouraged to use caution and prepare for possible travel delays.
