Coaching and Resource Network available for assistant and associate professors

Assistant and associate professors (tenure-track, tenured and clinical) can sign up to participate in the Coaching and Resource Network led by the Susan Bulkeley Butler Center for Leadership Excellence. The main goal of the network, started in spring 2019 as a pilot program in partnership with ADVANCE-Purdue, is to coach and mentor faculty.

The members of CRN coach assistant and associate professors beyond disciplinary needs and requirements to develop a long-term ongoing relationship. Participants are expected to select coaches from outside their department and, if possible, college as well. CRN has more openings for assistant and associate professors with the addition of CRN members for Fall 2021.
