Employee input requested: Focus groups to be held on features of Purdue health plans

Westcomm, a partner of Human Resources – Benefits, invites all benefits-eligible employees to participate in an upcoming employee focus group.

To help gather information on how well employees understand various features of the Purdue medical plans, Westcomm is conducting focus groups. This input will give guidance on how to improve communications and better explain how employees can find cost savings with Purdue’s plans.

Westcomm will provide those who participate with a $25 Amazon gift card as a thank you.

To participate, employees must:

• Be covered by a Purdue health plan.
• Have approval from their supervisor, if their session is during their normal work hours.

Westcomm will conduct the one-hour focus group sessions virtually via Microsoft Teams. Approximately six to eight people will be part of each session. Currently, seven sessions are being planned.
