Butler Center to host Support Circle Drop-In on April 19

The Susan Bulkeley Butler Center for Leadership Excellence is inviting faculty, staff and students to a Support Circle Drop-In at noon-1:30 pm. April 19.

This session will focus on wrapping up the end of this year with tips for making summer productive as well as restful and restorative. It also will focus on showing participants how to be an advocate for themselves and how to retain the characteristics of their workspace.

The Support Circle started in August to promote a culture of care on campus. The aim is to cultivate a space where faculty can share and discuss aspects about well-being. Such a support mechanism is much needed for all on campus particularly in the wake of the pandemic and the strain and pressure being felt by all, especially faculty of color.

Registration for the April 19 Support Circle Drop-in is available online. For more information, contact butlercenter@purdue.edu.
