Butler Center awards 2021 Research Project Grant

The Susan Bulkeley Butler Center for Leadership Excellence has selected a recipient for the 2021 Research Project Grant for Assistant Professors. 

Janet H. Davis, assistant professor from the College of Nursing at Purdue University Northwest, has received the grant for her project, “An Exploratory Study of Nursing Faculty Leadership Competencies and Styles.”

The research project grant is funded jointly by the Butler Center and the Ketan and Tanuja Sheth Family Endowment and the Meghana and Vinayak Ranade Family Endowment. The grant recognizes an assistant professor whose proposed project explores any aspect of the academy and lives of faculty, staff and students. Aimed at furthering the mission of the Butler Center, this award supports the work of an individual (or individuals) interested in advancing inclusion and faculty success broadly.
