Audiology and Speech Language Clinic offering social skills group for adults with autism spectrum disorders
Purdue’s M.D. Steer Audiology and Speech Language Clinic is enrolling individuals for a new social skills program for adults 18 and up with autism spectrum disorders. The program will be held 4-6 p.m. June 8-24 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
Rite of PASSaGe (Purdue Adults Social Skills Group) is designed to help young adults with ASD improve their social communication skills as they transition to postsecondary education and the workforce. Individuals have an opportunity to meet new people and learn and practice skills necessary for positive social interactions, developing and maintaining relationships and workplace readiness.
