Systemwide policy update

The Executive Policy Review Group approved the following updates effective Wednesday (July 1).

Environmental Health and Safety Compliance, Interim (IV.A.4)
Updates to this policy incorporate an Integrated Safety Plan (ISP) for the overall structure of environmental health and safety compliance. The ISP is reviewed by the Hazard and Risk Management Committee, which replaces the former Safety Coordination Committee, and Radiological and Environmental Management (REM) facilitates implementation of the ISP.

Institutional Conflicts of Interest (III.B.6)
The interim status was removed from this policy with no substantive changes.
