Office Depot extends University discount to employees
Purdue’s contracted office supply provider, Office Depot, has extended the University’s pricing to all employees through the Employee Purchase Program (EPP). This means that faculty and staff will be able to purchase personal use products and services at the University’s discounted price. The lowest eligible price will be given, and discounts are not stackable.
Employees who wish to use the discount should print the Employee Purchase Program Card and present it when checking out at the store to receive reduced pricing. Office Depot will laminate the EPP card at no charge if asked.
Employees also may purchase supplies online. Detailed instructions on establishing an online account and applying the University’s pricing are provided here.

An employee must pay for the items at the time of purchase as personal use items are not billable to Purdue. Departments should continue to purchase University supplies through the Office Depot Ariba catalog.
