Employees can use virtual one-on-one assistance ahead of open enrollment beginning Monday

In preparation for open enrollment 2021, virtual one-on-one assistance will be available for employees Monday (Sept. 14) through Oct. 23. These appointments should be used for open enrollment questions only. Employees can discuss topics such as:

  • Medical plan offerings for 2021.
  • Transitioning from the PPO to a consumer-driven health plan (including discussions on how prescriptions will be covered).
  • Voluntary plan options, including the change in vendors from MetLife to Voya and Securian’s offer to increase life insurance coverage one level without evidence of insurability.

To schedule a one-on-one appointment with a member of the benefits staff, click here.

  • Select "One on Ones for 2021 Open Enrollment Questions."
  • Choose a date and time to meet.
  • Add employee name, email and phone number.
  • Select the topic to discuss from the dropdown list.
  • Add any additional information in the “Notes” box.
  • Then click “Book.”

After scheduling the appointment, the employee will receive an Outlook calendar invitation with the Microsoft Teams’ meeting information.
