Employee engagement survey to invite feedback

On Jan. 29, staff on the West Lafayette, Fort Wayne and Northwest campuses will receive an email invitation to participate in an employee engagement survey. The survey invites staff to share their opinion about Purdue as a workplace as well as what is most important to them.

Human Resources has partnered with a third-party vendor, Emplify, to conduct the survey, and once the results are in, data will be shared, as will recommendations for an action plan.

“Our hope is to get honest feedback to better create an environment where our employees can thrive and perform their best,” says Bill Bell, vice president for human resources.

The survey will run through Feb. 5 and will be available to take on a computer or on a mobile device. Open labs also will be available to increase access and provide assistance. Employees will need to provide their PUID when using a lab.
