CILMAR seeking applications for faculty-staff Growing Intercultural Leaders Program

Purdue’s Center for Intercultural Learning, Mentorship, Assessment and Research (CILMAR) is inviting applications for its Growing Intercultural Leaders Program. This professional development opportunity asks faculty or staff to set personal goals for their own intercultural development and professional goals that will help them nurture intercultural growth in students or in others they teach, mentor, and/or advise.

The program can be entered at one of three levels, each of which calls for a commitment of one year and comes with a different set of expectations and funding. All participants are supported by meetings with a mentor and other learning opportunities.

More details about the GIL program can be found here. The application, which is due March 24, can be found here.
