HHS offering ‘Vegetable Forward Stir-Fry’ pop-up clinic

The College of Health and Human Sciences will be offering a pop-up clinic on "Vegetable Forward Stir-Fry" from noon to 1:30 p.m. Friday (Oct. 11) at Boiler Bistro in the Marriott Hall Atrium.

Chef Dawn Sieber, chef instructor in the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, will demonstrate how to make some of the new “vegetable forward” menu options on the HTM Boiler Bistro menu. The clinic will include a tasting station featuring fresh, healthy and delicious stir-fry dishes prepared by Sieber.

The event is free and open to the public.
