APSAC, CSSAC to hold employee resource fair

Vendors of benefit programs and campus courses and services offered to Purdue employees will host booths Sept. 13 at the annual employee resource fair, organized by the Administrative and Professional Staff Advisory Committee and the Clerical and Service Staff Advisory Committee.

The fair will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Purdue Memorial Union, South Ballroom. The event is free and open to all Purdue employees. Employees will have the chance to ask questions, gain awareness of available resources and sign up for programs and activities.

“The resource fair is a great way for staff and faculty to learn about available services and get questions answered during one-on-one interactions with organizations,” says Danielle Latta, chair of APSAC's Compensation and Benefits subcommittee.

Staff from various departments and vendors will be at the fair to promote their services. Also available will be checks of blood pressure, grip strength, cholesterol and blood glucose; and a "drug take-back" for unwanted or expired medicines. Arrangements for seasonal flu shots at this event could not be completed. A list of registered vendors is below.

Employees who complete the resource fair experience survey (link will be on event map) will be entered into a prize drawing.
