Annual Summer Concert Series returning at the Union
On the last three Fridays in July — July 12, 19 and 26 — the Purdue Memorial Union will host the annual Summer Concert Series including a free concert, as well as picnic-style food and drink available for purchase.
Food and beverage will be available from 5:30 to 8 p.m. with live music from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on the Union’s front lawn. Tables and chairs will be set up, but guests are welcome to bring their own lawn chairs and/or blankets.
In the event of inclement weather, the event will be moved to the Union Commons on the ground floor of the Union. For weather updates, check the series page on Facebook.
New this year also is a tap highlight in the 1869 Tap Room. Crasian Brewing will be on tap all month in the Tap Room but the kick-off will be at 4:30 p.m. July 12.
