Workshop to focus on importance of family meal time

Human Resources will host a family-friendly workshop on eating meals as a family from noon to 1 p.m. June 20 in Stewart Center, Room 204.

“Family Meals” will educate participants on the value of establishing daily opportunities for families to sit down and talk in the midst of rushing from one activity to the next. This workshop will be presented by Amber Noll, extension educator, Purdue. The session will discuss how eating together as a family contributes to family life, positive health habits, self-esteem and more.

Registration is available online (log in and select “Wellness Events”) and is due June 19. Limited seats are available.
