Ready to declutter, relax? Center for Healthy Living, Purdue Extension can help

The Center for Healthy Living on Purdue’s West Lafayette Campus, in partnership with Purdue Extension Tippecanoe County, is offering a workshop focused on stress and decluttering.

“Decluttering to Relax” will be held from noon to 1 p.m. May 15 at the Córdova Recreational Sports Center, Wellness Conference Room (Room 2236).

Individuals who find themselves wondering how they managed to accumulate so much stuff and/or those thinking about minimalism can find assistance during the workshop. Focused on the importance of letting things go and how minimizing can contribute to stress management, the workshop explores clutter as well as different levels of simplicity and more.

Those interested should register by May 14 via the Healthy Boiler Portal (registration link can be found under the “Earn” tab, “Wellness Events” on the portal’s homepage) or by calling Purdue Extension Tippecanoe County at 765-474-0793.
