Anthem, CDI Diagnostic Imaging part ways; CDI no longer an in-network provider for imaging

Human Resources - Benefits is alerting staff that CDI Diagnostic Imaging is no longer in the Anthem network, effective March 5. After several months of negotiations, CDI Diagnostic Imaging and Anthem were unable to come to a contract agreement, and as a result CDI is no longer an in-network provider for the Purdue medical plans.

There are still several in-network resources for imaging in Greater Lafayette. Employees can reference the Referral Direction – West Lafayette webpage or use Anthem’s Care & Cost Finder to search for in-network imaging locations.
