Agricultural Economics event featuring Land O’Lakes Inc. leader canceled
Due to inclement weather in the Minneapolis area, Beth Ford, president and CEO of Land O’Lakes Inc., will be unable to visit Purdue as a guest speaker for the James C. Snyder Memorial Lecture, “A Conversation with Beth Ford," scheduled for today (April 12). Ford hopes to reschedule the event in the coming year.
The Department of Agricultural Economics will still hold several events throughout the day, including a lecture by Jayson Lusk, distinguished professor and head of agricultural economics, on "Consumer Trends and the Future Food System." The lecture will take place at 1:30 p.m. in Krannert Building, Krannert Auditorium (Room 140). The event is free and open to the public.
