Presentation rescheduled for today for finalist for dean of Libraries and School of Information Studies

The presentation for the fourth finalist for dean of Purdue University Libraries and School of Information Studies has been rescheduled for 2-3:30 p.m. today (Feb. 7) in Lawson Computer Science Building, Room 1142.

The finalist is Stephanie Walker, dean of libraries and information resources at the University of North Dakota. Walker will make a 35- to 40-minute public presentation and then take questions from the audience.

Walker is one of four finalists for the position. The other finalists are:

* Beth McNeil, dean of library services and professor, Iowa State.

* Maria Bonn, associate professor, School of Information Sciences, University of Illinois; former director, Scholarly Publishing Office, University of Michigan.

* Evviva Weinraub, associate university librarian for collections and technologies, Northwestern University.

Each candidate's full curriculum vitae is on the search website, where a link for livestreaming today’s presentation can be found as well. Feedback on the candidates is requested, and an online feedback tool is located at the same site. The feedback link will be live after each candidate's presentation.
