Human Resources customer service location in Stewart Center closed through Feb. 4
In order to accommodate increased customer service phone and email volume, the Human Resources customer service location in Stewart Center, Room G66 will be closed through Feb. 4. The service location is normally closed on Mondays and will reopen for regular business on Feb. 5.
Benefits’ staff members are committed to providing excellent customer service and resources. In-person assistance is still available at Kurz Purdue Technology Center in the Purdue Research Park. Appointments are encouraged to ensure availability of staff and can be scheduled by calling 765-494-2222 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Benefits will try to accommodate walk-in customers, but appointments are recommended whenever possible. Allow time for responses as customer service's call volume has increased significantly for new year benefits topics.
