HSA funds transfer complete

The transfer of health savings account funds from PayFlex to HSA Bank is complete for those who opted to have funds transferred.

To verify the amount of the transfer, employees can review previous account statements at payflex.com. Questions about the balance transferred can be directed to PayFlex at 844-729-3539. Human Resources Customer Service does not have access to view employee statements or balance information.

Employees with a flexible spending account or a wellness health reimbursement account can still log in to PayFlex and submit claims for reimbursement from the 2018 plan year. As a reminder, claims are due by March 31.
