Purdue Recreation & Wellness will host the second annual Key Log Rolling Collegiate Tournament Series on Oct. 27 at the Córdova Recreational Sports Center.

The event, which will center on participants attempting to balance on a synthetic log, kicks off with a free competitors’ skills clinic from 11 a.m. to noon at the vortex in the Recreational Pool. The clinic will give participants the opportunity to learn log rolling techniques, build their skills and meet other rollers. The tournament begins at 1 p.m. and is open to all skill levels. Featured competition categories are collegiate women, collegiate men and adult sport.

The early registration (by Oct. 13) fee for the tournament is $25, the regular registration (Oct. 14-25) fee is $30 and the late registration (Oct. 26 and 27) fee is $40. The registration fee includes an event T-shirt, 2018 membership in the USA Log Rolling Organization and Key Log Rolling merchandise.

The tournament is open to the public, but registration is required. Registration information is available online
