Job family and compensation structure eLearning available

An online learning opportunity covering the job family and compensation structure is available for all Purdue staff. The eLearning course provides a self-paced, interactive format for employees to review all key elements of the job family structure.

Staff can view job family structure information online. The town hall recording, PowerPoint presentation and career level guide are currently linked on the webpage. All managers and staff are encouraged to review the online eLearning course.

The job family structure initiative -- part of the Transform Purdue project to streamline, simplify, organize and automate Purdue business processes and related systems -- will go live Jan. 1. It affects all employees, as it will give Purdue staff consistent titles, clarity on how their position fits within the broader University structure and transparency into how their careers can progress. The job family structure lays the foundation for the rest of Purdue’s talent philosophy.
