International travel request deadline announced

Due to the upcoming winter break on Dec. 24-Jan. 1, anyone traveling internationally and departing on or before Jan. 4 must have their trip request submitted in Concur no later than Dec. 14. Submission by this date ensures that international travel insurance coverage will be active and insurance cards will be sent before departure.

It is imperative that the trip requests be submitted as soon as possible so that travelers have the important insurance information needed in case of a medical emergency or evacuation due to natural disaster/political unrest.
