Purdue Global's Center for Teaching and Learning accepting proposals for 11th annual conference

The Center for Teaching and Learning at Purdue University Global is now accepting proposals for its 11th annual professional development conference, Purdue Global Village, which takes place Nov. 5-9. Purdue Global Village is Purdue’s longest-running professional development conference.

The deadline to submit proposals is 11:59 p.m. Sept. 4.

Purdue Global Village continues the tradition of offering faculty, staff and administrators an online conference opportunity to share their latest research, classroom practice and scholarship of teaching and learning. The conference tracks five different pillars: Leadership & Organization, Classroom Foundations, Student Focus, NextGen Learning, and Scholarship.

Four different types of proposals will be accepted this year:

* Live presentations.
* Poster sessions.
* Poster sessions with audio.
* Podcast sessions.
