PEAP offering Saturday discount to corn maze, more at Exploration Acres

Purdue employees who wish to enjoy the popular Halloween-themed corn maze and pumpkin patch at Exploration Acres this fall also can enjoy a discount on admission, thanks to the Purdue Employee Activities Program, or PEAP.

The discount is good on each Saturday (Sept. 15, 22, 29; Oct. 6, 13, 20, 27) throughout Exploration Acres' season of Sept. 14-Oct. 28. By showing Purdue ID at the entry or wearing Purdue apparel, employees can get tickets at $8.50 for ages 13 and up, $7 for ages 6-12, and free for age 5 and under. The discount is not available through online ticket purchase.

Admission entitles visitors to variety of options for all ages, as shown on the Exploration Acres activities page. The location is a farm at 6042 Newcastle Road, east off south U.S. 52 from Lafayette. The website also shows directions and Friday-Sunday hours, adding Thursdays during October.

The theme of the 2018 corn maze is "Stranger Things." More about PEAP and its schedule is here.
