New process for University bus charters

Effective immediately, the University has partnered with Anthony Travel for charter bus services, and as a result, some new processes have been established.

Customers will work directly with Audrey Kirsch, a manager with Anthony Travel, to reserve charter buses and can use the same contact information as in the past: 765-494-6554 or buscharters@purdue.edu.

An updated Bus Rentals business process has been posted to the Business Process Library, and customers will continue to complete Form 1B and submit it to buscharters@purdue.edu. After the trip, the vendor (typically Express Air Coach) will send an invoice to Anthony Travel, which then will pass the invoice along to the department.
