Faculty, staff, students can purchase parking permits now; optional open labs this week

Current parking permits on the West Lafayette campus expire Aug. 15, and faculty, staff and most students are now able to purchase new parking permits. All individuals interested in parking on campus during the 2018-19 academic year need to register their vehicle and purchase a new permit online prior to that time.

Open labs are offered from 3 to 5 p.m. in Stanley Coulter Hall, Room G046, through Friday (July 20) for anyone who would like help purchasing a parking permit or registering their vehicle online. Attendees should bring a picture of their license plate(s) to the walk-in session to expedite the process.

Individuals may complete the process on their own through the parking portal using the following steps:

* Visit the Parking Portal at https://purdue.t2hosted.com/Account/Portal.

* Select “Permits” from the top navigation section of the webpage.

* Select “Get Permits.”

* Select “Purchase a New Permit.”

* Then follow the steps accordingly.

Some special student parking permits, including those for residents of Purdue Village and Hawkins Hall, will be available for purchase in the coming days.

Questions may be directed to Parking Facilities at 765-494-9497.
