New exhibit focusing on the 1960s at Purdue open in Archives and Special Collections

Purdue Archives and Special Collections, a division of Purdue Libraries, is hosting a new exhibit titled "The Sixties: A Decade of Triumph, Struggle, and Change at Purdue."

The exhibit is free and open to the public and is located on the fourth floor of Stewart Center in the Humanities, Social Sciences, and Education Library. It is open from 1 to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday. It will be featured through Aug. 10.

An open house for the exhibit is set for 5-7 p.m. on May 23 in the Virginia Kelly Karnes Archives and Special Collections Research Center, home of Archives and Special Collections. There will be light refreshments, activities for children and a chance to meet the exhibit curators.
