Engagement and Service-Learning Summit set for Feb. 28

The fourth annual Engagement and Service-Learning Summit will be held 1-5:30 p.m. Feb. 28 in Honors Hall of the Honors College and Residences North building. Hosted by the Office of Engagement and Purdue Honors College, the event brings together faculty, students, staff and community partners to discuss best practices in engagement and service-learning, highlight accomplishments and increase collaboration opportunities.

This year’s theme is "Reciprocal and Sustainable Partnerships," featuring an interactive session facilitated by Indiana Campus Compact’s Laura Weaver. Panelists will share successful community partnership efforts, followed by a networking and matching session around topics of interest. Attendees will develop individual action plans for sustaining rich, reciprocal partnerships in engagement. The event will conclude with a showcase of community projects in conjunction with networking and hors d’oeuvres.
