Purdue Benefits offering Road to Retirement program Monday

The Road to Retirement program, sponsored by the Purdue Benefits team, is designed to assist employees in preparing for life after retirement. The program is held twice a year for benefits-eligible employees age 50 or older who have three or more years of service. The next event will be held Monday (Sept. 25) in Stewart Center.

Attendees are welcome to attend any sessions of interest; no registration is necessary. Employees may attend in paid status with their supervisor's permission.

Speakers focus on what employees need to consider as they approach retirement -- retirement procedures and timing, how benefits work together upon retirement, medical and life insurance options in retirement and health savings account tips.
