Keep moving forward: Human Resources reminds employees to set performance goals

Performance goals, development plans and talent profiles help connect employee contributions to departmental and university priorities while supporting professional growth and career development.

Employees are strongly encouraged to log into SuccessFactors and make sure performance goals are entered and up to date. Employees are also encouraged to meet with their supervisors and review development plans and talent profiles to ensure skills, interests and career aspirations are accurately reflected.

To support the performance management process, Leadership and Organizational Development (LOD) offers on-demand resources, including short videos and self-paced learning opportunities focused on goal setting, development planning and career growth. Performance management resources, including training videos, are available at the SuccessFactors Performance Management Tutorial Videos page.

Additional resources will be released throughout the year.

Keeping goals and development information current supports meaningful performance conversations and helps the university make informed workforce planning and talent development decisions.
