Wellness incentive learning module now available — earn additional $150

A new online learning module offers benefits-eligible employees a chance to earn an additional $150 (employee only) or $300 (employee + one or more) wellness incentive for their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) as part of the Your Path Wellness Program.

The course, “Your Path to Prescription Drug Benefits,” is designed to help employees understand how Purdue’s prescription coverage works, key terms like deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums, ways to save on prescription costs, and shares resources that can help them make the most of their prescription benefit. The module includes audio, short interactive sections and knowledge checks to reinforce learning.

To complete the training in SuccessFactors, ensure the sound is on, move through each section using the navigation arrows and successfully pass the final knowledge check. There are six questions total.

Once an employee has successfully passed the course, their participation and incentives earned will be recorded and visible in the Your Path Portal after the monthly report runs. Individuals have the opportunity to retake the training until they achieve a passing score.

More information, including how to access the learning module and FAQs, is available here.

Earning incentives in 2026

With the addition of the online learning module, the 2026 wellness incentive amount that can be earned increases for both employees and spouses. Total incentive amounts, based on coverage level, (for completing all challenges in 2026) are as follows:

Challenges must be completed and submitted between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31.

The additional, optional incentive challenges for 2026 are:
