Oct. 15 policy updates now in effect

Purdue routinely reviews and updates the university’s policies and standards. The following changes took effect Thursday (Oct. 15):

  1. Protection Against Reprisal for Good Faith Disclosures (III.A.4): A statement regarding protection under federal whistleblower laws was included as a reminder to individuals involved in federally supported projects.
  2. Nepotism (III.B.3): Clarification regarding the scope of administrative supervision and evaluative supervision was added to the definitions of those terms.

Visit the new and revised policies page on the University Policy Office website for a link to the full text of these policies.

Note: Policies and standards do not apply to Purdue Global, as it maintains its own policies and standards.
