Human Resources shares 2025 tax-related information
Purdue University, PARI and Purdue Global employees can now access their 2025 W-2s online.
Purdue University and PARI employees
Active Purdue and PARI employees are now able to access their 2025 W-2s directly through the ADP tile in their SuccessFactors landing page. The access is just a click away if the employee is logged in to SuccessFactors – separate registration with ADP is no longer required for an employee to access their W-2.
If an employee has previously registered at ADP, the W-2 can both be accessed through the ADP tile in SuccessFactors or by directly logging in to their ADP account at my.adp.com.
With this enhanced access to retrieving W-2s electronically, it’s recommended for employees to select paperless access in the “Settings” section of their ADP account to avoid waiting for a mailed copy of their W-2 in the future.
Purdue Global employees
Current and former Purdue Global employees are now able to access their W-2 at ADP by logging in to their ADP account at my.adp.com.
Employees who have not previously registered with ADP can find registration instructions in the “Company Documents” tile in SuccessFactors.
Paper W-2 mailing information
Employees who did not select the paperless option in ADP before Jan. 1, 2026, will receive a paper W-2 mailed to the last address on file as of Jan. 6, 2026. Paper W-2s are expected to arrive toward the end of January.
Additional tax information
The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (H.R. 1) , which was signed into law July 4, 2025, includes federal tax changes that may affect some Purdue employees, beginning with 2025 tax returns.
Most changes will be phased in, and some may influence payroll withholding, taxable income or year‑end filing requirements. Some changes may specifically impact Purdue employees who work overtime or who receive tips as part of their position at Purdue.
To help employees understand the impact of these changes, please refer to the FAQs for additional information and guidance.
Employees are reminded to consult a qualified tax professional with any questions.
