Fall 2025 personnel activity reports open in SEEMLESS for faculty certification

A shot of the Purdue University campus during the winter season.

The fall 2025 semester effort reporting process is open for certification, and the application can be accessed by faculty to review and approve fall 2025 personnel activity reports (PARs). PARs are processed electronically via the SEEMLESS application.

The application can be accessed by searching for SEEMLESS in the OneCampus Portal.

Important reminders:

  • Supervisors/principal investigators are to certify their subordinates’ PARs first, then their own effort.
  • Supervisors/principal investigators certify PARs for graduate students, research staff, undergraduate students, and other hourly employees who worked on sponsored program funds or federally appropriated funds.
  • Fall 2025 PARs are due Feb. 27.

An online training module for faculty is on the Managerial Accounting website under Faculty Training Resources.

Those who need assistance with certifying PARs should contact their business office for assistance or email effort@purdue.edu.
