Open enrollment for 2026 benefits ends at 6 p.m. ET today
Today is the last day to enroll for 2026 benefits. Employees have until 6 p.m. ET today to complete and submit their enrollment in Benefitfocus. Log in to Benefitfocus via the OneCampus Portal.
Quick reminders
Except for health savings accounts (HSAs), health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs) and flexible spending accounts (FSAs),current benefits will roll forward into 2026 unless employees log in to Benefitfocus and make new selections. Those who wish to have an HSA, HRA or FSA in 2026 must log in to Benefitfocus and elect them.
Note: The Tobacco Survey and Working Spouse Certification, which are required annually, must be completed, as answers could impact premiums. Employees who do not complete the Tobacco Survey and Working Spouse Certification each year during enrollment will be charged the tobacco-user additional premium (for both employee and spouse, if covered) and the working spouse premium (for spouse, if covered) the next plan year.

Purdue employees have access to a variety of helpful resources and more via the Benefits Enrollment website, including:
- The 2026 Benefits Open Enrollment Decision Guide is available for employees at all locations and campuses. It provides a checklist to help employees confidently choose their benefits for next year.
- The 2026 Benefits Guide is available for employees at all locations and campuses (including a Spanish version). It outlines Purdue’s extensive benefits package as well as step-by-step instructions on how to enroll.
- The 2026 Benefits Enrollment recorded presentation (also available in Spanish) provides a detailed overview of information pertinent to benefits open enrollment in an interactive format.
- One-on-one sessions are available for Fort Wayne, Hammond and Westville employees through Nov. 11. Details and registration information are available on the Open Enrollment Resources webpage.
- The “How to Enroll” video provides additional assistance.

Feedback requested
To help Human Resources — Benefits continually improve, the department is seeking employees’ opinions and feedback regarding their experience with open enrollment. Employee input is valuable as HR begins to develop the 2027 benefits package. Answers to all questions are anonymous, and it takes just a few minutes to complete. Once an employee has completed their enrollment, they are encouraged to fill out the survey. Purdue employees who have not yet completed the survey in Benefitfocus can do so here.
