One Hour with HR to focus on goals

September’s One Hour with HR session, Establish Performance and Development Goals in SuccessFactors, will highlight annual goals.

Goals are used to communicate and manage important objectives across the university. Each employee and supervisor must take proactive action to establish impactful annual goals. Once uploaded into SuccessFactors, goals are leveraged by the employee, supervisor and university leaders to optimize employee engagement and create heightened levels of transparency and synergy. Annual goals drive team, stakeholder and professional success.

Participants can use tips from the training to efficiently and effectively establish impactful goals.

All participants are asked to review Leadership and Organizational Development’s Performance & Development course prior to attending the One Hour with HR session.

Participants can choose to attend either virtually or in person, and online registration is available:

  • (Virtual) Tuesday, Sept. 23, 11 a.m.
  • (In person) Thursday, Sept. 25, 11 a.m., Rawls Hall, Room 2079, 100 S. Grant St., West Lafayette

Once registered, participants will receive an email with a Teams link for the virtual session.
