One Hour with HR to focus on strengths, understanding personalities

Human Resources is partnering with the Roger C. Stewart Leadership and Professional Development Department (LEAD) to host February’s One Hour with HR training session.

This month’s session, “Introduction to Strengths,” is a direct response to feedback from previous attendees, who asked for more information around understanding personalities. This session will allow participants to discover their talents, while introducing the tools and resources to help develop those talents into strengths.

LEAD has been introducing students to strengths since 2016. Whether employees have attended a session or assessment previously, this is the perfect time to attend and be reminded not only of personal talents and strengths but those of teammates as well.

Two virtual sessions will be held, and online registration is available:

  • Tuesday, Feb. 25, 11 a.m.
  • Friday, Feb. 28, 1 p.m.

Once registered, the Teams link for the virtual sessions will be sent by email.
