HR shares important AmeriBen provider search update

Human Resources — Benefits has been informed that some in-network providers and facilities may not appear in the provider search within the AmeriBen Engage app or member portal. For example, you may see a Franciscan facility in network but cannot find the Franciscan provider.

Please note that Purdue has not changed provider networks as part of the transition to AmeriBen. In some cases, a provider’s information may be temporarily hidden in the system due to incomplete or inaccurate profile details. When this happens, the provider remains in network but may not appear in search results.
