New process for Purdue purchasing and travel card applications coming March 1

Purdue Arch

Effective March 1, new applications for Purdue travel cards (TCards) and purchasing cards (PCards) will move to an online process through JPMorgan, Purdue’s vendor for card services. This process has been piloted among several campus units over the past few years and will now replace the fillable PDF forms that are currently on Procurement’s website.

Individuals will complete card applications online through JPMorgan, and departmental fiscal approvers (business managers) will approve requests through the same online system.

JPMorgan card services application links, updated TCard and PCard manuals and new quick reference guides for each card type will be available on the Card Services Resources webpage the week of March 4.

Application questions should be sent to Procurement Services at pcard@purdue.edu for PCards or tcard@purdue.edu for TCards.

Contacts: Procurement Services at pcard@purdue.edu for PCards or tcard@purdue.edu for TCards
