Fall 2023 personnel activity reports open in SEEMLESS for faculty certification

The fall 2023 semester effort reporting process is open for certification, and the application can be accessed by faculty to review and approve fall 2023-24 personnel activity reports (PARs). PARs are processed electronically via the SEEMLESS application.

To access the application, visit the OneCampus Portal and search for SEEMLESS.

Important changes include:

  • A Mendix upgrade was completed with SEEMLESS, and you will notice some new functionality.
  • Users who have trouble logging into SEEMLESS should go to their browser settings and clear the cookies/cache.
  • Previously, when a user was in a PAR, the system would lock it until the user signed off the application. This will still occur; however, the new functionality will also “lock” the PAR and stay locked until the user clicks on the main screen of the PAR. Once this is done, the PAR will be released to be utilized by another user.
  • Faculty with multiple PERNRs — Supervisors will need to select the correct PERNR, then click on the “Effort Reporting” tab, then “My Subordinates” to view the PAR. A new feature is available where users can also search for their respective subordinates.
  • Fall 2023 PARs are due March 1.

An online training module for faculty is on the Managerial Accounting website under “Faculty Training Resources.”

Those who need assistance with certifying PARs should contact their business office or email effort@purdue.edu.

Contact: their business office or email at effort@purdue.edu.
