Administrative Operations Fiscal Year 2023 Highlights lays out organization’s achievements

Administrative Operations supports Purdue University’s day-to-day operations and strategic vision for the future. The organization provides a wide range of services for the West Lafayette campus and Purdue University in Indianapolis, including new construction, university purchasing, custodial services, public safety, utilities, landscaping and more. The Fiscal Year 2023 Highlights document lays out this work and many of Administrative Operations’ achievements.

The document starts with information about the organization’s culture, including its three guiding principles, purpose and values. 

“Administrative Operations is diverse in the work we perform with several different departments serving the campus community. We provide safe, reliable and transformative services that power Purdue,” said Michael B. Cline, senior vice president for Administrative Operations. “It is because of our hard-working employees who believe in our culture that we are able to showcase our successes in the highlights document.”

Fiscal Year 2023 Highlights details information about the various units and departments that make up Administrative Operations to help provide a better understanding of how it operates. The document also includes information on the organization’s goals, key performance indicators and financials. Accomplishments highlighted include progress on the Small Modular Reactor nuclear feasibility study and the organization’s involvement with Purdue University in Indianapolis.
