Registration open for Purdue Global School of Education’s General Education Conference

Registration is now open for the Purdue Global School of Education’s General Education Conference. The conference is from April 25-27 and will take place virtually.

The conference is designed for attendees to share ideas, collaborate and connect across institutions in a series of thought-provoking sessions. Additional details, along with instructions on how to register, can be found on the conference website

The featured keynote speaker of the conference is Kelvin E. Gumbs, executive director of educational partnerships in the Office of Industry Partnerships at Purdue University.

Gumbs manages Purdue’s online education military strategy. With a strong focus on Purdue Global and Purdue University Online, he is deeply motivated and driven to position Purdue’s brand as the leading online university provider of credentials that advance the career readiness and professional development of military service members, veterans and eligible dependents. Gumbs retired from the U.S. Navy’s Naval Education and Training Command in the fall of 2022 as the staff executive officer and director of administration. He is a two-time graduate of Purdue Global.
